This workout is best used for states with both midday and evening drawings.
However, if your state only has one draw - start with Thursday’s draw or use New York Numbers. In fact, when I first started using this workout, I used PA and NY numbers. Using NY will give you the hits statewide

Take Saturday and Sunday draws, midday first to evening and subtract from 999 and do not carry.
